🔹 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Exchange is only applicable for defective or incorrect items

🔹 Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds. However, in case of a valid issue, we can offer:

• Product exchange
• Store credit (if applicable)

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or washed items
  
• Sale items (unless damaged)

🔹 Order Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures for quick resolution.
